CRA Glass LLC specializes in the repair and replacement of all auto glass, mirrors, window motors, and window regulators.  We also install and repair commercial glass and residential glass.   

Our prices include mobile service and we are happy to complete the installation anywhere in the Southwestern Ohio area; including the surrounding Kentucky and Indiana areas.

At CRA Glass, we strongly believe that part of our job is to leave your vehicle in a better condition than we found it.  For example, what sense would it make if we installed a new windshield, only to leave behind dirt, smudge marks, and urethane shavings in your vehicle?  Our technicians vacuum the customer's vehicle, clean ALL the windows in the vehicle, and we leave a free can of glass cleaner with every customer!    

CRA Glass has over 20 years of experience and we only use quality urethane from DOW Automotive.  DOW supplies the urethane for over 90% of the vehicles that roll off today’s assembly line.  As a result of using quality materials, our customers can safely drive their vehicles in just one hour after installation. 

Some companies cut corners at the customer’s expense and in some cases, customers have to leave their vehicle sit for up to 24 hours!  When getting estimates from shops, make sure to ask what urethane they use and what the safe drive-away time is for that urethane (urethane is the bonding material that holds the glass on the vehicle).  The shop should be able to supply you with written documentation from the urethane manufacturer to back up their claims.  It’s sad to say, but some companies will lie to their customers and tell them that all urethanes are the same and all shops use the same urethane; this simply isn’t true.  Under no circumstances should a company use butyl tape or any other bonding material to attach the windshield on today’s vehicles.   

CRA Glass accepts all major insurance and we will be happy to assist you with filing a claim, we will even cover up to $50 of your deductible.  When you file an insurance claim, you have the right to pick the auto glass shop that you want to repair or replace the damage.  You own the property and it’s your choice.  The insurance company CANNOT require you to use a specific shop to repair your auto glass.  Only do business with an auto glass shop that you can trust.  It may be one you’re referred to by family or friends.
